Third year BS Tourism student Alyssa Du bagged the title 鈥淢s. Zuri International鈥� in the First Young Filipino Tourism Advocates鈥� Power Conference held last February 26, 2011 at the PICC Forum 2 in Pasay City.

With the theme 鈥淯nleash the Next Big Thing in Philippine Industry鈥�, the conference was opened to all students in tourism, travel management, hospitality management, aviation, and other tourism-related programs. A panel of distinguished speakers discussed new perspectives in the tourism industry.

A pageant dubbed Miss Tourism Student Philippines 2011 followed the conference wherein Alyssa Du won.
